What do I actually keep if I leave?
Your domain, your website files, every word on it, and the directory citations we built at onboarding under your own accounts. Your call recordings and transcripts export with you. We don't hold anything hostage — the point of one company doing all of it is that you can also leave all of it.
I already have a website I like. Do I have to replace it?
No. The dashboard is the front door of every program, not the website. Keep your site; we connect the phone agent, chat, lead inbox, reviews, and listings to it. Monthly content posts to your Google Business Profile instead of a site we host.
